1軒目の中華屋でそこそこの腹パンになった状態で初訪しました♪
軽く1杯引っ掛けるつもりが1軒目以上に料理をオーダーしちゃった感じ笑
小海老のカルデロ美味しかった♪
見た目がリゾットのようなスペインの米料理。汁気を含んだリゾットと言うか。
深い鉄鍋で調理されるんだけど、この鉄鍋自体をカルデロって言うんだよね。
料理自体はメロッソと呼ばれるもの。
メロッソに似たところで言うとカルドソがあるけどこれはメロッソより更に汁気の多いまさに雑炊のようなもの。2つの境目がどこなのかわからんけど笑
というかここまで全て帰りの電車でGoogle先生から得た情報w
食べてる時は何も分かってなかったｽ♪
80cm程の高さから注がれるtxakoli(チャコリ)、見てるだけでも楽しかった✨️
何年も連続してミシュランビブグルマンに選出されてるのも納得。
料理は美味いしホスピタリティもバッチリで頻繁に通いたくなるお店です。
