友人の誕生日が近かったので、事前に食べログから予約しバースデープレートをお願いしておきました
パエリアが美味しいお店と口コミを見て予約しましたが、汁気のあるパエリアはリゾットに近い感じ
『小海老のカルデロ』はぜんぜん『小海老』ではなく普通にしっかりした大きさの海老ちゃんでした！
カルデロとはこのお料理のお鍋の名称らしいです
お店のスタッフさんがテーブルで盛り付けてくれた際に教えてくれました
個人的にはじゃがいもとチョリソの煮込みの量が多かったので、半分の量にしてくれたら良かったかな
じゃがいもが腹に貯まります
で…もう一品軽めのお料理があったら言うこと無しです
何はともあれ、友人にはサプライズでお願いしていたデザートプレートだったので、美味しいお料理とプレートのメッセージ、喜んでもらえて良かったです
