夜通りがかったところ「ランチも始めました」の看板が出ていたので、次の日早速お伺いしてみました。銀座7丁目の和食店「智映」などが入っている雑居ビルの5階、やや暗めな店内です。
ランチは3種類で、鉄板焼き、蒸し鍋など。台湾か香港由来の蒸し鍋が名物なの興味はあったのですが¥6,000という値段に恐れをなして本日は一番手頃な・おすすめスペシャルランチ ¥3,000（w/o tax）をお願いしました。
・前菜盛り合わせ イカとマグロとウニの刺身、お浸し、モズク酢、なます、ナスの煮浸し、さつまいも。
・茶碗蒸し 鶏肉、キノコ、銀杏などが入ったシンプルな熱々茶碗蒸し。銀杏が入っていればそれだけで嬉しい。
・天ぷら キス、エビ、カニ、カボチャ、かき揚げ 日本の天ぷらとは少し違う感じで、食感がかなり良い。カニ天が良いです。
・トリュフ卵かけガーリックライス 卵はウズラ。
・自家製デザート マンゴープリン、イチゴアイス、さつまいも羹
何故かデザートだけ説明してくれました。全体的に淡めのお味。最後は・コーヒーをいただきゆっくりとさせていただきました。
ちょっと中途半端なランチでしたので、やはり美容にも良いという蒸し鍋コースを頼めばよかったかもしれません。また麗しの蒸し鍋をいただきにお伺いしてみようと思います。ごちそうさまでした！
