メニューにはなかったんですが
汁物の河粉があったのでお願いすることに
そしたらシェフでてきて
牛肉無いからできない、との事だったので
豉油皇炒河粉（笑）
シェフは廣州人
厨房ひとりで廻してて超大変
聞くと炒め物禁止なんですって
内装が汚れるからという理由
おそらくIHヒーターじゃないかな？
これでこの豉油皇河粉は凄く頑張ってくれた
シェフの好意で脆皮燒腩仔
大陸式に砂糖がついてきた
最近多いんですよね
大陸焼き物だと、
甜麺醤や砂糖がついてくる
しかもタレつき
食感よくいただきました
ふぅ〜〜美味しかったぁ！
いやはや、よく食べました
香港へは行けない現在
銀座という一等地で
美味しい點心が安価でいただけるなんて
本当はGINZASIXの家寳で食べ直しか？！
なんて思ってたんですが
それも杞憂に終わりました
點心欠乏症の人は今すぐ走れ！
