1976年創業の国分寺の焼肉有名店だそうです。
銀座シックスオープン時から知ってはいましたが、今回初訪問はランチで。
平日ランチで予約せずにお伺い。
店内は広々として贅沢な造り。
テーブルも大きいのでゆっくり過ごせます。
いただいたもの
特選焼肉定食4590円と匠定食2510円、それに山水サラダ800円を追加してシェア。
定食には他にライス、スープ、焼き野菜、サラダ、キムチ、ナムルが付きます。
お肉は色がとっても綺麗。
特選は生タン塩、生カルビ、生上ロースに海老という構成。
匠はその日のおすすめをおススメのカットで提供というお肉のセット。
明らかに肉質は違いましたが、匠でも十分美味しい！
特選はサシがたっぷり入った部位が多く、ぷりっぷりの海老付き、やはり上質感はありますね。
特筆すべきはタレでしょうか。
甘すぎず少々辛いたれは個性的。とはいえ良くも悪くもお肉を上手く引き立てているタレという印象です。
「どうせ食うならうまい肉」がモットーだそうですが、破格ともいえる匠定食のお肉も美味しかった♪
唯一残念なのはライス。ジャーのにおいが・・。よって食べずに済みました。
山水サラダはいたってフツー。
最後にやっぱり甘いもの！となり抹茶アイス300円を追加。
大きさも十分でいただいたら口がさっぱり！！
帰るときに改めて入り口のランチメニューを拝見したら「アイス」の文字を消した跡。
以前はランチについてたようです。ということで最近アイス分値上げされたよう。
とはいえ、匠定食は気に入りました♪
焼肉気分の日にふらりと夜に伺うのもいいかも！
