GINZA SIX地下2Fにある甚五郎さん。
栃木県日光東照宮のお膝元で伝統を受け継いできたお煎餅とのことで2017年のGINZA SIX竣工と同時にオープン。入れ替わりの激しいこの場所で7年近く続いてるのは並大抵ではないと期待が高まる。
お煎餅は袋詰めで売られており450円〜とリーズナブル。
お土産や試してみるのに懐に優しいのもよし。
今回は季節限定の和三盆きなこと黒胡麻味の2種（それぞれ450円）をゲット。
黒胡麻は香ばしさもさることながら適度な塩加減も良いし、パリッとした食感も楽しめました。
そして和三盆きなこ、これが自分の中では超お気に入りに。
和三盆だから甘いと思いきやそんなことはなくて、煎餅の塩味が最初に口中を支配しそれから和三盆の優しい甘み、きなこの香ばしさなどが押し寄せてくる。
まさに「良い塩梅」という言葉がしっくりくるお煎餅だろう。
甚五郎さんの前は何百回も通り過ぎていて、なんでもっと早く手に入れなかったのだろうと後悔もしたりして・・・
試食もさせてくれますので他のフレーバーも気になっており再訪します！
