The menu is up to you, but it's the same as what I always order lol. I didn't know they were selling Sanda beef before I knew it... Mushroom soup Beef Steak with abalone butter Salad Steak (rib roast, sirloin, fillet) Beef stroganoff I don't need anything extra, I just want to eat meat. . Beef sashimi and tartare are the best. Now drink wine or highball and wait for Steak. Usually I finish eating in less than an hour, but today was a year-end party and it was a big hit lol. Finally, the main Steak. Lately, sirloin fever has surpassed fillet. The rib roast and sirloin have crispy surfaces. I always order rice and miso soup to absorb the delicious fat, but today I decided against it lol. I ended up eating too much, so I held back.The fillet, on the other hand, was moist. There are no grill marks, so maybe it was cooked at a low temperature or over a long fire? The meat was truly moist and drinkable. Finishing with beef stroganoff. It's been a while since I've had it, but it's buttery and irresistible. Steak grilled in a frying pan isn't bad at all. I also use hearth pot Steak for every celebration, but it's a bit pricey. . If I suddenly have a craving for Steak, I go to Penthouse. I made a reservation 2 days in advance. I thought about having the Mita beef course, but today I decided on the Kuroge Wagyu beef fillet course (16,500 yen). For my acquaintances who were visiting for the first time, I wanted them to try the basics first. If you like it, I'm planning to step up to Sanda Beef lol It's usually a la carte, but it's been a while since I've had a course. The first half of the course is: Mushroom Soup Beef Sashimi Tataki Salad I always want a second helping of mushroom soup... Ah! I was planning to have a mushroom-filled lunch tomorrow. Beef sashimi with mustard and garlic soy sauce. Garlic soy sauce stimulates your appetite. It's not sexy or fashionable, but I like appetizers like this lol. Tataki is similar to beef sashimi, but it's definitely delicious. I usually eat steak Steak, but the tataki is refreshing and nice. Eat Prosciutto salad and then have Steak. The appetizers should be minimal...because you're here for Steak. . Along with Steak, we also had rice and miso soup. This style makes you forget that you're in Ginza... Delicious meat comes with rice lol. Introducing fillet Steak that is fried in a frying pan and has a crispy outside. Season to taste with rock salt, pepper, and garlic soy sauce. The two of us devoured it in no time lol Yeah, 100g of sirloin would have been great. . As I continued eating, I felt like I was getting hungry.For dessert, I had Kuya Monaka and Hojicha. I'm going to make a reservation for Kuya next week for the first time in a while. . It's French cuisine style, but why is it delicious when baked in a frying pan? I guess you could call it steaming, coating the meat with the fat that oozes out during the grilling process... It's crunchy, but the inside is moist, and you can feel the fibers of the meat. It's not persistent at all, and you can have it as much as you like. Steak in Ginza include Westa and other restaurants such as KOKO Robo. . Westa's king salmon is delicious, but by the time I get to Steak, I'm often too full to enjoy it (・・;) As expected, Penthouse is delicious! Just have a drink, eat Steak, and go home to sleep lol.
