1ヶ月半くらい前にOMAKASEで予約して訪問。18時〜と20時半〜の2回転で、今回は18時の回で予約しました。25貫コースのみ！
この日のコース内容は以下。

他にバーニャカウダや焼き野菜も。いやーかなりお腹いっぱいになって大満足！前は30貫だったみたい。
スタートは名物の突先。これめっちゃ美味しい！赤酢のシャリとパリパリの海苔とマグロの旨味で口の中が幸せいっぱい、最高のスタート。
河豚白子もふわっと広がって美味しい、大好きな大トロもトロける、、、。
最後の玉はキャラメリゼされててカリッとした表面でクレームブリュレのよう。こんな玉初めて！いい締めくくり。
はっこくさんの赤シャリは、やま幸の鮪に合うシャリを…というのが原点だそうで、突先はもちろん、途中の鮪3連発はたまらん！！！
