ランチでアフタヌーンティーしてまいりました。
女性だけで
ダンヒル店内の階段からあがるのは
少し緊張しました。
お食事だったので
素敵なカウンターを横目に眺めながら3階へ。
やはり店内は男性とご一緒の方々ばかりで
女性2人は私達だけでしたが
ティファニー前の特等席に座らせていただき乾杯。
シャンパンは天上の美味。
オレンジは実が入っているフレッシュ系でした。
サービスまでに少し時間がかかりますが
全て一から作って下さっていたのだと思います。
落ち着いた雰囲気を楽しみつつ
優雅に待てました。
dunhillを身にまとう男性をイメージして
構成されたアフタヌーンティーは
アグレッシブだけどスマートな肉食系
カツサンドとローストビーフサンド、
きゅうりと茗荷のサンドウィッチと
サンドウィッチの充実度が素晴らしい。
茗荷ときゅうりのサンドウィッチは甘めの白味噌仕立て。
カツサンドのカツは揚げたて
ローストビーフの肉肉しさも素敵！
柚子ジャムとクロテッドクリームが添えられた
スコーンも焼きたて。
飲み物は紅茶かコーヒー選んだものを
1種類だけフリーとなります。
私はアイスコーヒー
アールグレイのカップとポットがシャープで素敵でした。
スイーツは
ピンクはラズベリーのシュークリーム
チーズケーキ
杏のタルト
DAと刻まれたチョコレートも美味でした。
