美味しいお肉を食べたく、優雅な時間を過ごす。
コースの中で、肉を選べる。
神戸牛サーロイン、神戸牛フィレ、神戸牛イチボ、神戸牛シャトーブリアン、松坂牛シャトーブリアンの中から選択する。
今回は、「神戸牛サーロイン」と「神戸牛シャトーブリアン」。
2種を食べ比べる。もちろんどちらも最高等級、間違いなくうまい！好みはシャトーブリアン。脂分控えめで、食感よく、バランスが絶妙である。肉は鉄板焼きと言うより、窯で焼くスタイル。表面の香ばしさが良い。
コースは、クリームブリュレ、海の幸の前菜、サラダ、牛タンとフォアグラ、メイン、アイスの構成。満足な内容である。
飲み物は、シャンパン、ワインをオーダー。ソムリエのおすすめで、カリフォルニアワインのKENZO ESTATE 明日香を注文。抜群に美味しいワイン。
店内はカウンター席、個室。高級店にふさわしい雰囲気で、特別な時間を過ごせる。
