上司と二人でお寿司へ。まず初めに枝豆のピューレ？からスタート！正直メニューの名前は覚えてません笑
前菜として4種類程度出てきた後にお寿司が始まります。
たくさんのお寿司がでてくるので省略、MVPとしては石垣貝。かなりプリプリで磯の香りもある新鮮な貝でした。
店主の方も客の様子を見ながら話しかけてくれて、嫌味なく盛り上がる方向に話を持っていってくれる方でした。
お酒はビールの量が少し少ないかな、瓶ビールで注ぐグラスの少し大きめなサイズ。ワインも注ぐ量が少し少ないかな、グラスの径が1番大きいところまでは注いで欲しかったな、、
ですが、板前の対応や寿司のクオリティから4.2とさせていただきました。
また来訪させていただきます、ご馳走様でした。
