A toast to the Ginza night view ✨ It's less than a five minute walk from Marronnier Gate towards Matsuya. We arrived at New York TOKYO 2812, located on the eighth floor of a building in Ginza 2-chome. The red sofas are perfect for Instagram ✨ It has a stylish atmosphere. ●Bagna Cauda First of all, a salad!! My favorite bagna cauda comes with two types of sauce. Cherry tomatoes, carrots, cucumbers, peppers and radish in bagna sauce and avocado sauce. I love bagna after all... so I wish there was more. *The avocado was mayonnaise based (← maybe I'm the only one who doesn't like mayo) ●Mason jar salad I like jar salads and they look beautiful. But I had forgotten about them. That's right, I had completely forgotten about them. Shake it up, pour it onto a large plate and enjoy. It's full of beans and very filling. ●Red wine It has to be red! Easy to drink and excellent as a glass wine. ● Dutch oven-roasted local chicken Tender and juicy chicken♪ It's flavorful even as it is, but you can also add balsamic vinegar and rock salt. I always add plenty of rock salt. I like it salty. ● Margherita Wow, so chewy and soft. It's apparently homemade pizza dough♪ I usually tend to leave the crust (←oh) but this time I enjoyed every bit of it! ● New York Tokyo Burger Such delicious meat!! The bread was crispy and chewy, too. Delicious. With fries and salad, this one plate would make a great light dinner. Well, it's a hearty meal though♪ I still wasn't satisfied so... I also ordered pasta!! ● Country-style tomato pasta With large chunks of bacon. The sweet tomato sauce had a nostalgic feel to it. I was suddenly in the mood for a beer. A refreshing finale with a beer♪ Ginza is definitely a great location. It's fun to come a little early and do some shopping♪ Well, I'm happy as long as there's alcohol and delicious food.
