大学時代の友人と忘年会で訪問しました。
コロナが明けた今、コロナ発祥の地である武漢の料理を頂いて英気を養おうという目論見です。
頂いた感想としては大人数で利用するには中々良く、提供スピードが爆速で素晴らしい。
メニューも武漢料理から日本人にアジャストした他エリアの料理まで様々。
名物のレンコンの春巻きとレッカン麺、そしてラーロウ炒め、腸詰めなどが特にお気に入りでした。
…ただ、スープなどは素とMSGで作っているようでチープに感じます。
干豆腐ももっとナチュラルに作って頂ければ…
