コロナ前、ぎりぎりでスペインに行ってました。
現地で食べる生ハムは本当に美味しくて、その味を求めてこちらのお店に訪問。
イベリコ豚の最上位ランクを扱うという、同店店頭には＠25万円也！の生ハムが飾られていました（因みにこちら、１本買いされた方が、過去数人おられるそうな…）。
お料理はどれも美味しく、追加で生ハムも切ってもらい、デザートの可愛い豚さんのアイスクリームまで、イベリコ尽くしの夜でした。
