ビールは10種類程度、経堂で作られたものと、岩手で作られたものがある。岩手の物は今年の秋から入荷が始まった模様で12月中旬を目処に全種が揃う模様。
和食にペアリングさせることを考えているようで苦いものでも度数は5を割るようだ。確かに全てあっさり系である。
食事は鶏ももをオーブンで焼いてくれる。こちらも結構あっさりしているためビールとの相性はいい。
