土曜日の午後2時過ぎ。
遅めのランチにしようかな、と思いつつ歩いていたら、こちらのお店が昼営業していたので迷わず入店。
先客ゼロでテーブルでも大丈夫とのことでしたが、陽の光が気持ちいいカウンター席にしました。
店内は入って左にビールタップとカウンター席、右手から奥にテーブル8卓ほどで計30席といったキャパ。
こちらのお店のビールはすべて自家醸造のオリジナルビールでオーガニックに拘わって醸造しているそうです。醸造所は世田谷区経堂と岩手県の八幡平にあります。
グラスサイズはSとL。量はどのくらいですか？とお聞きしたら、mlではなくグラスを見せてくれました。見た目はUKのパイントグラスですから、Sで300ml弱ってところでしょうか。テイスティング5種のグラスはショットグラスみたいでした。
暁ホワイトS 770円
ソーセージ盛り合わせ 880円
ビールの提供と同時にお通しとして黒豆クリームチーズとクラッカーが出てきました。結構しっかりしたお通しで美味しかったのですが後でレシート見たらチャージが660円。そりゃそうか。
ソーセージ盛り合わせはランチを食べ損ねていたお腹に丁度いいボリューム感。パリッとジューシーで美味ですね。
暁エールS 770円
2杯目は定番の暁エールをいただきます。
ホワイトはすっきりした飲み口で1杯目に好適でしたが、エールは香りも高く、何杯目でもいける飽きないビールですね。
暁ブルワリーのロゴが変わっていたので何のモチーフか伺ったら、雲と波だそうです。なるほどオーガニックっぽい。
天井の照明も洒落ていますし、壁の装飾もビールタンクを模していたりと、とても素敵な雰囲気のビアバーなので、銀座の貴重な昼呑みスポットとして、また是非伺いたいですね。
