コリドー街。
緊急事態宣言最後の週末だったせいか、雨のせいか人通りはまばらで飲食店も活気がありません。
某予約サイトで、個室確約だったので予約しました。
入り口でのアルコール消毒、体温チェックは勿論、エレベーターのボタンを触りたく無い人用に綿棒が用意してあったり、トイレのドアノブを肘で開けられる様に細工が施されていたりと、涙ぐましい努力が感じられます。
完全個室で、店員さんもマスクとフェイスシールドのダブルガードでの接客と本気を感じます。
こんな時期ですが、安心して食事を楽しめました。
お願いしたのが、肉料理ランチコース3,300円(税込)。
色々種類が楽しめるコースです。
ランチドリンクはノンアルコールで100円と激安。
ジンジャーエールを注文しました。
余談ですが、ジンジャーエールは辛口のものか、甘口のものか店員さんに伺ったんですよね。
答えは「普通のジンジャーエールです」でしたw
ニュアンスで理解しましたが(甘口が正解)、辛口も普通のジンジャーエールだよw
料理のペースは良いリズムで出してくれました。
・牛タン茶碗蒸し
蓋を開けるとマッシュルームの香りがブワッとします。牛タンを楽しむというより香りと牛出汁のほっこり感を堪能する一品。
・和牛タテバラ炙り寿司
塩気が効いててさっぱり。
・和牛ローストビーフのサラダ仕立て
肉肉しいローストビーフ。
想像通りの安定のお味。
少しスジが残るので咀嚼回数が多くなります。
・牛タン塩煮込み
箸で切れる柔らかさ。
餡が優しく牛タンを包み込みます。
トリュフの香りが良い。
・和牛ミスジカツサンド
無花果のソースとタルタルソースが美味しい。
お肉の脂の甘さとソースの酸味がよく合いました。
お肉は柔らかいけれど、やはりスジがあり噛み切るのがとても大変。
最終的に飲み込むか、出してしまうかの2択になります。
・和牛マクラ焼きすき
卵黄、メレンゲ、マッシュルーム、ひと口ご飯をすき焼きで巻いて頂きます。
さっぱりしているので、後半戦でも問題無く食べられます。
・すだち冷麺
こればどうなんだ…？
麺はコシがあってモチモチしていて美味しいけど、かなり薄口。
出汁が効いてるわけでもなく、離乳食並の味の薄さ。
焼肉たっぷり食べた後の締めなら良いのかもしれませんが、それにしても塩ひとつまみ振り掛けたい。
鶏ハムは少しぱさついていて、ツナの様な食感でした。
最後の一皿としては少し残念。
量は少なめで腹6分目です。
目的が食事だと、物足りないかと思いますが、買い物前にランチに軽くお肉を楽しむのに使うお店としては良いのではないでしょうか。
