友人に連れて来てもらいました。
〈オニオングラタンスープ〉
○着席して直ぐに供される
デミタスカップに入った温かいスープ
とても寒い日だったので胃が落ち着きます。
〈おつまみ〉
スライスバゲットの上にサスケ豚のレバーパテ
コーヒー風味のカシューナッツ
殻付きのアーモンド
…その他、失念してしまいました。
○サスケ豚のレバーパテ自家製らしく
お話を聞いて食べると味わいが益々楽しくなりますね。
おつまみのお皿一品全て美味しく頂きました。
〈梨〉季節のカクテル〝ショートカクテル〟
○美味しい！
梨の本来の甘さを活かしながら
サッパリとした爽快感をローズマリーや
香り付けでほろ苦さとアクセントの風味で
昇華させていると思います。
《フルーツトマト》季節のカクテル〝マティーニ〟
○カクテルを立て続けに呑むつもりは
無かったのですが…
梨のショートカクテルが
あまりにも美味しかったので
コチラのカクテルも試してみたくなり
お願いして
結果、大正解！
すっきり。

だけ！の為に提供されているとの事。
素敵な関係でいらっしゃるのですね。
○お店の方との話の経緯で
金曜日限定のデザートがあります！との事で
「食べます！」思わず挙手
私が普段テイクアウトのケーキに
お酒をあわせて食べている〝アレ〟が
お店で出来てしまう。
生クリームが美味しい。
あ〜幸せ。
