BARタリスカー内田さんからのご紹介の2件めはこちら。
2019年にオープンしたご夫婦ともに全国バーテンダー技能競技大会のチャンピンのお店。
日本一のカクテルが頂ける銀座の人気オーセンティックBARです。
内田さんパワーを使うべく、コートドールから電話をかけるも予約はしていないと撃沈。
タクシーに乗ってからまた再度改めて電話して伺いました。
カウンター席はもちろん満席なのでとりあえずボックス席で。
30分後ぐらいにようやくカウンターに着席しました。

土曜日ということもあって、めちゃくちゃ忙しそうでした。
オーダーしても「ちょっとお時間いただきます」のお断り。
ちょっとざわざわしていてゆっくりお酒を
楽しむ雰囲気ではなかったのが残念でしたが、蝶ネクタイにジャケットをビシッと
着こなし、次々とカクテルを作っていく所作は美しく圧巻でした。
また地下と思えない空間の広がりとこだわり抜かれた木の温かみを感じる設えは高級感があり、銀座のBARらしい品格がありました。
最後の方で少し奥様とお話できたので
ようやく内田さんの紹介で伺ったことを告げると
いろいろとお世話になっていると恐縮されていました。
･･･ということでスタッフは内田さんを知らず、パワーは使えていなかったようです(笑)
オーダーの割合はカクテルが9割と伺い、
やはりチャンピオンのお店。
日本一のカクテルを目指してこちらのバーに訪問される方が多いようです。
