平日のお昼13時くらいに初訪問
今月号の大人の週末で蕎麦前で美味い店で紹介されていた。
〆の蕎麦ではなく初めの蕎麦に力を入れているようだ。
場所は銀座四丁目の交差点近くのビルの14階に位置している。
申し分ない立地ですね。
都内にはこちら以外にも5店舗あるそうだ。
14階で降りるとすぐに入口があり、この時間およそ8割ほどの入り
店内は清潔感のあるゆったりした空間だった。
本日頂いたのは
●サンマのオイルソースsoba 660円
●生粉打ち 大粒納豆そば 1920円
まずサンマのオイルソースsobaが提供された。
量は少な目だが、秋刀魚のほぐし身も入っていて
パスタのような蕎麦だ。
ワインに合いそうだった。
とても美味しかった。
納豆蕎麦はぶっかけタイプで
大粒の納豆と生卵、カツ節、蕎麦の葉？が入っていた。
蕎麦は二種類から選択して
この日は花そばとキタワセソバの二種
スタッフの聞いたら納豆蕎麦ならキタワセの方が合いそうだというので
そちらをお願いした。
つゆはやや辛めでこくがあって蕎麦とよく合った。
こちらも大変美味しかった。
マネージャーらしく人の接客もよく
雰囲気の良いお店で寛げた。
