東京出張が早まり夜のご飯予定がなかったのでO羽田空港からモノレールに乗ってるときにOMAKASEで本日の空席を検索してみると20時30分スタートのこちらのお店が開いてたので予約してボッチ飯で行ってきました。
1月22日にThe Tabelog Award 2024 Silver 受賞もされたてだったのでお祝いも言えました！

いただいた感想ですが凄く美味しかったです
特に59ヶ月肥育特産松阪牛かいのみ炭火焼きは昆布〆されてて肉の滑らかさと甘みが最高でした
それと59ヶ月肥育但馬牛雌牛シャトーブリアンのステーキも堪らなく美味かった
対馬の鮑の唐揚げに肝ソースは反則技でした！美味すぎ
BOSSとの会話も楽しく松坂牛カイノミの天ぷらは小さい頃から天ぷらは肉しか食べたことないらしいと・・・（笑）
こんなお肉を仕入れされてBOSSが火入れ抜群の状態で食べさせてくれる肉は超絶美味しい
また近いうちに食べさせてもらいたいと思います。
