知人のお招きで訪問させて頂きました。
ホテル側面の専用エレベーターから鉄板焼コーナーへ…少し豪華目の内装…良いシチュエーションです。
シャンパンで乾杯後、美しく盛り付けられた前菜セットから。和洋折衷の取り合わせが食事の開始に彩りを添えてくれます。
カットされたフォアグラがじっくり火を通され濃縮された姿に〜洋風茶碗蒸しに添えて〜まろやかで品の良い脂、美味いです。
白子のグリルも今の季節には良いです。
綺麗な肉塊…赤身多目のサーロイン、ミディアムレアで岩塩とワサビで頂きます〜少量ですかこの歳になって丁度良い量に感じます（情けないような…）。
ガーリックライスも無難に美味しい〜デザートは抹茶で覆われたマスカルポーネ・ティラミス…割とサッパリで食事の最後に良い感じ。
赤ワインやハイボールも頂き、アレコレ広がる会話…充実のビジネスディナーとなりました。
座席、混み具合、料理のボリュームと無難なクオリティ〜何もかも良かったです。
