火曜日のランチタイムに訪問。
今日は午前中にサロン行っており長引きましたが、平日は割と空いているので遅れてもどうにか入店できました。
本日注文したのは、ランチBRMプレートの日替わりリゾット（1,850円）です。
こちらにはプレートに乗ったサラダ・アンティパスト・野菜スープ・青汁ドリンク・豆乳クリームのセットにファンケルの玄米を使用した日替わりのパスタやリゾットなどお好きなメインを合わせられるランチセットです。
ちなみに本日選んだリゾットは、秋鮭とクリームチーズ、安納芋のクリームリゾットです。
秋っぽくて間違いなく美味しい組み合わせ✨
プレートのセットのサラダは野菜がかなりたっぷりで、たまごも入っておりバランスバッチリです。
オリジナルのドレッシングもこのサラダに合っておりとても美味。
付いている豆乳クリームはスープにもサラダにもかけられますが、私は毎回野菜スープに溶かしてスープをクリーミーにさせるのが好きです。
あっさりめな野菜たっぷりスープがクリーミーになると無茶苦茶美味しいです(^^)
ちなみにアンティパストは秋茄子のマリネでこちらもまた美味でした。
リゾットはファンケルの美味しい玄米を使っているので一粒一粒がしっかりしており、食べ応えも抜群！
食物繊維も豊富で栄養価も普通の米より高いのが嬉しいです。
秋鮭とクリームチーズと安納芋のリゾットは濃厚クリーミーで超絶おいしかったです･:*+.\(( °ω° ))/.:+
結構お腹いっぱいになりますが、不思議と罪悪感ゼロの健康的なランチなのが魅力です✨
