「日本一の朝ごはん」と銘打ったコースを予約。
朝ごはんをランチでいただくなんて面白い！
エステできたことのあるビルの中にあり
エレベーターを降りると
食べ物の神様が大鳥居と共に祀ってありました。
外国人の方々に人気なのだそう〜。
中に入ると脇に個室、
暖簾をくぐるとドーンとカウンターがあって、
オープンキッチンになっていました。
高級感があって清潔で感じが良いお店。
日本一の朝食メニューは以下の通り↓

・升野菜すっぽん煮凝り 結絆ソース
・薪火焼き戻り鰹の土佐造り
・ご飯の食べ比べ

ひとつひとつのメニューにこだわられていて、
鮭、卵かけご飯、すき焼きなどの食べ慣れたメニューが
初めての新しい味わいで、感激でした〜！
特に100年も前の米の品種「愛国」と
現代米「合鴨農法つや姫」との食べ比べは特筆すべき。
煮えばなをまずはそのまま、
そして金沢のお醤油をスプレーでかけて、
焼鮭やすき焼きと一緒に、
明太子などのご飯のお供と合わせて。
結局2人で2.5合くらい食べてしまったみたいです！
本当に究極の朝ごはんでした。
今度は家族と一緒に食べに来たい！
