どうしても蟹が食べたいと言い出した人がいて、休みが合えば金沢に食べに行く予定でした。でも休みが合わず、旅行代をお食事に注ぎ込みました（笑）
オーダーは、蟹半身コース。まずはシャンパンで乾杯。Deutzとはなかなか素敵なショットがありました！素晴らしい！！！！
ずわい蟹の半身と香箱蟹が2杯かな？刺身に焼き蟹に、酔っ払い蟹（絶品）などなど。蟹以外にシャトーブリアンステーキ、クエのお造りかとこれでもかと豪華料理！それぞれに素材の旨さ＋プロのお仕事が尽くされてて流石と思いました。もちろん器も素敵でした！！非現実的な器は大好きです。個人的な好みですが、締のご飯は、どちらかというと新米銀シャリ、赤だし、が良かったのですが、蟹コースなら蟹ご飯ですよねー（バターは流行りなのかな？無い方が良いと思う…）
お酒は、日本酒も多くあり、こちらの要望にもしっかりと応えていただきました！美味♪
また行きたいのですが、庶民にはかなり敷居が高いです。なんとか、来年も蟹食べに行きたいものです…。
