銀座らしいお洒落な空間（SPICE LAB TOKYOの実力を垣間見ることができた）
平日ランチに初訪問。此方は銀座の泰明小学校近くの11階建ビルの最上階に位置。一階下のSPICE LAB TOKYOの系列のバーラウンジでおそらくcommon kitchenと思われる。
銀座らしいお洒落な空間で居心地が良い。ランチタイムはビリヤニセットとアフタヌーンティーを提供（アフタヌーンティーがメインストリームの模様）。
今回、ビリヤニセットをいただいた。内容はベジタブルビリヤニ、リーフサラダ、本日のカレー2種、インドコーヒー or オリジナルスパイスティー（数種類から選択）。
本日のカレーの一つが苦手な食材を使用していたためダルカレーに変更。結果的にベジタブルビリヤニ、ほうれん草＆チーズのカレーとダルカレーの組み合わせ。
ノンベジ（マトン＆チキン）派としては少し残念だったがこれはこれで美味しい。SPICE LAB TOKYOの実力を垣間見ることができた。ノンベジはさらに満足度が高いと思われる。
会計に少し時間を要したが総じて接客も安定（女性スタッフがアテンティブ）。これからの季節にぴったりのテラス席も用意されている。

Visited for the first time in about a year on a weekday lunch time. Once again, enjoy a biryani set in a stylish space. ■ Leaf salad ■ Today's 2 types of curry: The default is shrimp & eggplant and pork. Since I food items you do not like the latter, I changed to dal (bean) curry. The spiciness is modest, but the rich roux and shrimp are so soft that you don't need to chew them. ■ Vegetable Biryani: I prefer mutton or chicken biryani, but it's elegant and delicious. It is very similar to the biryani (last photo) I had at the one-star restaurant Amaya in London late last year. Extremely high quality. ■ After-meal drink: I had spicy milk chai. I'm happy with the pot service.
