この日は大切なお客様とのビジネスランチ。
銀座で個室があって、個室にトイレもついて綺麗でランチミーティングをするのに良さそうだったこちらのお店、米沢牛上杉 銀座本店さんに行ってきました。
事前に食べログから特上焼肉ランチ6300円を6名で予約して利用させていただきました。
お店の場所ですが、銀座は外堀通り沿いの新しい綺麗なビルの５F。
東急プラザ銀座のC3出口から徒歩1分とアクセスも良好。
店内に入るとスタッフの方に声をかけ、事前予約させてもらった個室に案内してもらいました。
ランチ内容はこんな感じです。
・絶品!日本食中心の前菜とサラダ
たかはたもやしのナムル、玉子焼き・米沢牛100%コーンビーフ
・本日のスープ
・厳選された米沢牛3種の盛り合わせは米沢牛のサーロイン・米沢牛のくり・黒毛和牛の牛たん
・土鍋炊きの山形県産つや姫ライス
・手作りデザートはパンナコッタ。
・コーヒー or 紅茶でコーヒーを
ミーティングもいい感じに終わり、ドリンクはノンアルビールのオールフリーをお願いして乾杯！
まず出てきた前菜はいきなりオシャレでいい感じ。
ナムルはシャキシャキでビールによく合います。
米沢牛のコーンビーフはほっぺが落ちる美味しさです。
サラダもドレッシングがちょー好み。
瑞々しくってとても美味しいですね。
ここで土鍋炊きのご飯の登場です！
お米は山形県の最高峰米つや姫。
これを土鍋炊きならではのおこげがついた部分をよそってもらえていただきます。
お米が立っておこげの香りも相まって、食べる前から美味しそう（笑）
このつや姫をお肉と一緒にいただきますよ。
待望の米沢牛の焼肉は綺麗な刺しが入ったお肉です。
さすが米沢牛卸の直営店。
お肉のクオリティーが半端ない。
まずは牛たんをさっと炙ってレモン汁で。
牛たん独特の歯ごたえが心地よく、美味しい牛たんです。
続いてくりの部分をいただきます。
脂肪が少なくうま味が強いお肉で、これもさっと炙って今度は塩で。
そして、さきほどのご飯の上にオンザライス！！！！！！！！！
口の中に広がる肉汁とこれが米沢牛の凄さか！！と思わせる香りと旨みに撃沈。
さらにサーロインの霜降りのヤバい感じの肉もささっとあぶって焼肉のたれにつけていただくと、それはもう至福の時です。
久々にライス→肉→ライス→肉→肉→ライス→肉→ライス→そしてライスおかわり！！！！！！！！の9連コンボが炸裂。
まだまだ食べられる感じで店長さんとお話をしてたところ、
店長さんのおすすめで追加で肉寿司と自家製キムチもいただきました。
これもいい感じでうまし。
さすがこだわりの自家製キムチ。
これまたご飯に合うじゃありませんか！
最後に出てきたデザートはパンナコッタ。
これまた、なかなか焼肉店で出てくるデザートのクオリティは超えちゃってますね。
とっても爽やかで甘味も抑えられていて大人の味わい。
コーヒーと一緒にいただいて終了。
お客様も喜んでもらってランチミーティングは大成功です。
今回は6300円のコースにしましたが、もっとリーズナブルなランチコースもありましたので次回もランチミーティングする時には利用させてもらいたいと思いました。
