大皿に綺麗に盛られた、お肉や野菜を備長炭で焼いて食べましたが、火力も強くサッと焼くだけで火が通り、好みのレアでいただき大満足！
分厚いサーロインは、肉汁たっぷりで柔らかく食べ応えもあり、オリジナルの『すきしゃぶ』は、食べるというより飲むと言ったほうが正しいほどの柔らかさ！
米沢牛の各部位も至極の美味しさでしたが、『つや姫』の土鍋ご飯が大絶品！一粒一粒がふっくらしていながら弾力もあり、久しぶりに美味しい白米を食べさせていただきました！
これに更に、備長炭で焼いた米沢牛を乗せて、贅沢にいただきました！幸せ！
