食べログでは「新橋」に入る銀座８丁目のビル３階にあるお店です。店名に「北海」とある通り、北海道にゆかりの料理がウリです。
週末のお昼にお邪魔し、北海道名物の「豚丼」をいただきました。正式には「十勝豚丼セット」（税込み１４８０円）です。
週末のお昼なのでもちろん食事だけでは終わりません。生ビール（６５０円）を頼みました。セットには豚丼に小鉢が２つ。サラダと白身魚の揚げ浸しと漬物、味噌汁がついています。その小鉢を肴にビールを飲んでから、いよいよどんぶりへ。
甘じょっぱいタレがしみ込んだ豚バラが２層になってご飯の上を覆っています。豚バラは濃いめの味なのでビールのつまみにもなります。ビール一杯呑むのに、セットはちょうどよくできています。
店長らしき男性とホールを担当する女性はどちらも笑顔での接客を心がけていて、とても気持ちいい。こういうスタッフはお店にとってかけがえのない財産ですね。新型コロナで厳しい現状でしょうが、ぜひ頑張ってほしい。
