【場所】銀座中央通り沿いにある「太陽ビル3F」
【注文】ラムしゃぶ一人前セット ￥2900（税込）
元祖「ラムしゃぶ」をいただきに訪問。
窓際のテーブル先に案内いただき、注文して数分で鍋と野菜が到着。
続いてお肉。
薄くスライスしてロール状に巻いてあり、キレイな見映えです。
これだけ薄いとグツグツ鍋に入れたらすぐ食べられますね。
牧草のみで育てられたニュージーランド産の子羊肉は、ラム肉らしい旨味がしっかり感じられ、とてもジューシーでとろける食感でした。
ラムしゃぶって初めて食べましたが、さっぱりでとても美味しいですね。
俵おにぎり、漬物、〆ラーメン、ゆずシャーベットも美味しく、お腹いっぱい。
ちょっと贅沢した甲斐のあるランチでした。
