やわらかくフワフワのトンテキが旨い！
酸味があるソースもバッチリ！
ランチタイムで訪問。
場所は、地下鉄銀座線京橋駅下車してすぐの京橋スクエアガーデンにお店はあります。
ランチタイムも後半だったのですぐに入れた。
注文したのは、トンテキ定食 1,280円
ランチではチョット高め。
【ビジュアル】
ジュージューな鉄板でで提供されアツアツ。
ソースは酸っぱい香りがする。ボリュームもある。
【トンテキ】
まずは一口…旨い！お肉はとてもやわらかくフワフワで美味しい。ソースの酸味が肉とマッチし、モヤシとの相性もバッチリ。昼から贅沢だな。
お肉は日高四元神威豚を使用。
【サラダ】
普通。
【味噌】
旨い。おかわりがほしい。
【お新香】
カリカリ美味しい。
食べ終えた感想は、やわらかくフワフワのトンテキが旨かった。酸味があるソースとの相性もバッチリでランチタイムには贅沢。ただ価格はもうチョット頑張ってほしい。
