この時期だけのお楽しみ、せいこ丼。
北陸ではこの時期メスのズワイガニを何杯も食べます。
福井ではセイコ、金沢では香箱と呼びます。
都内ではなかなかお目にかかれることは少ないですが、こちらでランチを発見。
5,500円とやや贅沢ランチにはなりますが、外子も、特に大好きな内子もたっぷりで美味しかったです。
味噌がなかったのは少し残念。
接客してくれたお姉さんがとても愛想が良くて可愛くて、最後は厨房からも大将？出てきてくれて素敵なお店でした。
