It's Sunday afternoon. I'm in Ginza. I ate and drank a lot the night before, but I didn't care. After four hours of sleep, I arrived at Marronnier Gate in 1-chome early in the morning. To be honest, my stomach feels heavy... And I wanted to sleep more, guffaw \(//∇//)\ The follower who invited me said, "It seems like seats are first come, first served." What's that? I heard that there will be a talk show about castles in Tsuruga and Wakasa region to celebrate the opening of the Hokuriku Shinkansen between Kanazawa and Tsuruga in March next year. While listening to the castle writer's knowledge, you can drink as much local sake as you want, such as Ippongi and Kuzuryu, so of course you have to do your best, aha! And as I was walking from Hibiya Station to 1-chome in a hurry, I got a LINE message from the girl who invited me that she was the first to arrive and had secured a table seat by the window. 30 minutes early, how do you do it! The enthusiasm is different. The otter changed from a hurried walk to a leisurely stroll. Still, he arrived five minutes later. Soon after, about a dozen other people arrived. It seems to be a LINE castle group. They came all the way from Fukuoka and Nagoya just for this, haha, that's quite a good hobby. The kimono-clad castle writer took the microphone and the talk show began. Along with that, a tray of local ingredients from Fukui was laid out. The contents are as follows. The five dishes of sashimi far exceeded the quality of your average Izakaya (Japanese-style bar). The delicacies also invite alcohol, and the grilled mackerel was as delicious as expected. My stomach hadn't yet woken up from the previous night's gluttonous eating and drinking, so I reluctantly gave up on the sake after a single glass of Kuzuryu, but they also have other local sakes such as Echizen Misaki, so it might be a good place for a quick drink with work colleagues at night or for those who miss the local flavors. And thank you for the meal. <Fukui meal> ⚫︎Grated buckwheat noodles: local native species ⚫︎Grilled mackerel Sushi ⚫︎Thick fried tofu ⚫︎Delicacies: ・Heshiko: mackerel pickled in rice bran ・Salted sea urchin ・Pickled small sea bream ⚫︎Sashimi: ・Sweet shrimp ・Scallops ・Red meat ・Medium fatty tuna ・Flounder <Alcohol> ・Umeshu ・Kuzuryu
