２０２４年GW。
今年はすごい。
何がすごいって人出、人の動き？
円安で外国人観光客が増えていることもあるだろう。
平日とはいっても、GW中なので、連休にしている人も多いだろうし、通常の平日よりはだいぶ混んでいる。
毎年のことだけれど、大型連休中に遠出をしてもワタシはどうも楽しめないので、大抵、慎ましやかに過ごしている。
派手に遊ぶなら別の機会を狙い、こういうときはひっそりこっそり過ごしたい。
遠出はしないつもりだけれど、せっかく休みなら、銀座くらいには出向きたい。
ということで、以前から少し気になっていたこちら『ジョーズ シャンハイ ニューヨーク 』を予約。
予約したのはランチプレミアムコース。
以下内容。
・本日の前菜4種盛り合わせ
・JOE’S特製蟹肉入り小龍包＆豚肉小龍包（各1個ずつ）
・ぷりぷり海老のチリソース煮
・鎮江黒酢の酢豚
・フカヒレ金糸のあんかけご飯
・本日のデザート2種盛りあわせ
全般的に味は割と好み。
小籠包もエビチリも美味しかったし、酢豚は酢がきつすぎずちょうどよい。
フカヒレあんかけご飯もおいしかった。
あとは使い方によるかもしれない。
今回は一人で利用したので、ある意味、よかったかもしれない。
というのも、席間隔は狭く、接客も悪くはないのだけれど、常にがさついている感じ。
そのため、落ち着きとか、銀座のラグジュアリー感みたいのはない。
ちょっとおしゃれな中華ファミレス感が否めない。
ランチに価格的には、まあ妥当と言えば妥当なのだろうけれど、それにしても、ディナーのコースは２万のコースもそろえているくらいなのだから、もう少し上のランクの雰囲気かと思ったんだけれど。
ランチの簡単な利用ならあり。
さくっと１人ではいって、それなりに美味しく食べればよろしい。
良くも悪くも大箱だから、予約せずとも通常の平日ランチは、難なく入れそう。
ちなみに、この日はそこそこ席は埋まっていたが、ワタシのGoogle Pixel(←「私の名前はフワちゃんです。」のCMのスマホ)の消しゴム機能によって、他の方々は消されている。
特別な時の食事ならば、大箱ゆえに落ち着きもなく、ワタシの選択肢としては、なしといったところ。
ところで。
注文したオレンジワイン、美味しかったので、自分でも買おうかと思い、写真も撮らせてもらったが。

ワインを出す店なら、ボトルを客が写真にとるっていうのはありがちだと思うのだけど。
冷やしてたから？
いやあ…。
こういう状態でほかの店で見せられたことがなかったから、ちょっと驚き。
特別な時に選ばない、選べないっていうのはこういうことも理由になるのだ。
