台湾カステラのお店。
プレミアムプレーン、プレミアムチョコレート、
プレミアムWチーズ、プレミアム宇治抹茶、プレミアムアールグレー、プレミアム焦がしバター(バニラシュガー)、プレミアム焦がしバター(シナモンシュガー)の8種類がありました。
プレミアムチョコレートのハーフにしました。
原材料
卵白(国内製造)、加糖卵黄、小麦粉、牛乳、植物油、砂糖、チョコシート(食用植物油脂、ぶどう糖果糖液糖、水あめ、カカオマス)、ココアパウダー、チョコチップ、食塩、環状オリゴ糖／増粘剤(加工デンプン、増粘多糖類)、香料、pH調整剤、乳化剤、(一部に小麦・卵・乳成分・大豆を含む)
表面にはチョコチップが散りばめられているのでダブルチョコレートの趣き。
生地はもちろんふわふわでした。
