I was interested in this Japanese-style meal restaurant that opened in March 2021, so I made a reservation and visited. The shop is located in a back alley near Corridor Street. It is located in a very narrow alley, so it is difficult to find. After wandering around the area many times, I finally found the store. Since it's a new store, it has a beautiful exterior that doesn't seem appropriate for a back alley like this. When I stepped inside the store, I saw that it was a small and nice looking restaurant with 7 seats at the counter. The owner is surprisingly young, only 28 years old. I look at the drink menu, impressed by how amazing it is that someone so young can open a restaurant in Ginza. He was very friendly and easy to talk to, and we were entertained throughout the meal. By the way, the owner used to work at Ginza-ya, and Kotobuki Kou, who also worked at Ginza-ya, is his senior. The store's name was named after his wife and has three meanings. Please ask the general for the meaning of these words. The lunch course is 10,000 yen, and if you request it in advance, they will be happy to accommodate you.・Beer ・Yuzu sake mixed with soda First, quench your thirst with Yuzu sake mixed with soda. It was refreshingly sweet and very delicious.・Appetizer Seiko crab. When the Seiko crab that I wanted to eat came out from the top, I couldn't help but want to dance. First, I had the Seiko crab from Hyogo prefecture without any additions. I could feel the faint sweetness and was enchanted for a while. When you squeeze sudachi and eat it with crab vinegar, the sweetness and cooling sensation mix together, creating a taste that makes you want to eat all at once. The first dish grabbed my stomach and I'm looking forward to the next dish. - Bowl of sweet sea bream fish. It's a delicious bowl with plenty of soup stock. As time passes, the flavor of the sweet sea bream spreads into the soup, creating an indescribable taste. This was a great bowl.・Mukozuke Blackfin sea bass and tuna from Choshi purchased from Yamayuki. Knowing that we had come from far away, the owner served us one piece of tuna, so we were able to enjoy three pieces. Blackfin sea bass has a light and elegant taste that goes well with Japanese sake. When I sprinkled some spiked perilla leaves on it, it became even more refreshing and had a very nice taste. The tuna had a smooth texture and an exquisite taste. It had a really smooth texture with no stringiness at all, and I savored it with the joy of being able to enjoy three slices of it. It would be more appropriate to describe it as melt-in-your-mouth rather than texture. Well, it's been a long time since I've had tuna that impressed me, so I suddenly wanted to go to Kaigen, where you can eat Yamasachi's tuna bowl in Tsukiji.・Yakimono The grilled dish is white grilled eel from Lake Hamana. The locally grilled eel had a crispy skin and was cooked to my liking. Shirayaki is served with wasabi and delicious salt purchased from Minshuku in Shimoda, Shizuoka, where the general is from. This salt was extremely delicious and further enhanced the potential of the eel. I thoroughly enjoyed the fatty and delicious Shirayaki with the wasabi and salt. I would like to eat Shirayaki like this every time.・ Fried food Fried shrimp and ginkgo nuts from Shizuoka Prefecture. I was filled with joy at the appearance of shrimp sweet potatoes, which I wanted to try again. The ginkgo nuts with just the right amount of salt were so delicious that I could eat them endlessly. The shrimp sweet potato had a sticky texture and was very delicious. I'm happy to be able to eat shrimp potatoes here, which can only be eaten in winter. No, but I was completely fascinated by the many dishes that hit every single point.・ Small dish red bean liver and kinjiso. The thick and sticky texture of the red bean liver has a taste that calls for alcohol. The bean liver has no taste and is easy to eat, so in a sense I couldn't stop using my chopsticks because of the sinful taste.・ Simmered dish Kuromutsu, Noto Densuke Daikon and Japanese parsley. The soft stewed Densuke radish was very delicious and I enjoyed the contrast with the crunchy Japanese parsley. The black meat was plump and moist, and it tasted exactly like black meat.It was very delicious.・Meal Rice cooked with golden sea bream and mushrooms. This alone is a huge feast, but there are a ton of other side dishes that are served. First of all, I ate it as is, but it was a very delicious cooked rice with a lot of flavor. I ate it up in no time, adding pickled cucumbers and pickled cucumbers in between, and quickly replaced it. To my surprise, the second meal was served with so much salmon roe marinated in soy sauce that I almost screamed. I love ikura rice, so this is a luxurious meal that I can't get enough of. What's more, the side dish was tuna from Onagawa, which I had purchased from Yamayuki, and I almost panicked, wondering what to do with it. All of them were so delicious that I ended up having three meals as part of the luxurious meal set. By the way, what you can't eat will be made into Onigiri while you wait.・Water sweets Fujigaki and Amaou. The Fuji persimmon melted in an instant and was very sweet and delicious. It was my first time visiting the store, so I didn't have high expectations, but I was completely disappointed in a good way. All the dishes that came out hit the spot, so I was completely hooked. For 10,000 yen, I would say it's a good value rather than being satisfied. I would like to come back here again, so I would like to make a reservation again soon.
