宇和川シェフが2021年2月に開業した
オープンしたての新店へ
通常コースに加えて、KIWAMIの食材をチョイスし
その場で加えてくれます。
極の寿たまごでオムレツと目玉焼きを作ってもらいましたが
なんと卵を手袋付けてつまませてもらいました。
黄身を掴める卵に出会えてビックリ!
