行ってみたかったお店エゴイストキュイジーヌフランセへランチに行きました
このビルの2階
カウンター席のみの店内
目の前に食材が並べられて圧倒されました
エリザベス(ぶどうスパークリング)で乾杯
大まかなコースは決まっていますが、好みの食材を使って「わがままに」楽しめるのがコンセプトのお店
つぶ貝はまだ動いていました
メインのお肉はKIWAMI(仔羊、仔牛、羊、牛)へ変更可能、1人ずつ選べたので1つは仔羊にしました
大きさがわかりにくいですがメゾンカイザーのバゲットを使われているそうで、1人半分も出てきました
バゲットは残ったらお持ち帰りできると聞いていたのにお料理のソースにつけたり、トリュフバターがおいしすぎて完食してしまいました
白ワイングラスは4種類から選べました
自家製ライムエード
お肉はシェアできるよう2種類盛り付けてくださいました
始めにご紹介頂いた卵や雲丹を使ったメニューも追加したいところでしたがお腹いっぱい
バゲットの食べすぎ‥！？
デザートのレモンパイも最高
こだわり卵寿プリン追加
とっても濃厚なプリンでした
コーヒーは豆を挽くところから
どのお料理もおいしく、コーヒーやデザートまで‥全てにシェフのこだわりが感じられるコースでした
想像以上のおいしさ、またすぐにでも行きたいです
