友人が予約してくれていたこちらの｢Sublime｣さんへお邪魔しました。
銀座駅から徒歩4分ほど。
個室もあるそうですがやっぱり鉄板焼きはオープンキッチンのカウンターがいいですよね♡
高級感はありますが雰囲気はそんなに固くなくて居心地が良かったです。

◆アミューズ
白海老・ずわい蟹・フレッシュキャビア
箱を開けると宝石箱みたいに花が飾られていました！可愛い♡上にはトマトコンソメのジュレが乗っています。
◆スープ
ブラウンマッシュルームの濃厚なスープ。
◆オードブル
ハマチ、鬼海老、アスパラのカルパッチョ。
生姜風味の白出汁泡と合わせて。
◆魚介鉄板
活け伊勢海老の鉄板焼き。
目の前で調理される特大な伊勢海老はぷりぷり！
◆温菜
A5黒毛和牛・トリュフ
黒毛和牛のミニハンバーグ。下にはマッシュポテト。濃厚なデミグラスソースはコクがあってお肉ともポテトとも相性抜群。
◆焼き野菜
この日は小松菜、ズッキーニ、椎茸をメインのお肉と一緒に。
◆メイン
A5黒毛和牛フィレ&A5黒毛サーロインステーキの鉄板焼き。おすすめはミディアムレアとの事。綺麗なサシの入ったお肉は口の中でとろけます♡
◆食事
白御飯、香の物、赤出汁
＋1,100円で特製ガーリックライスに変更してもらいました！大葉としらすが効いていて和風な味つけでした。ガーリックもしっかり存在感強めです。
◆デザート
バニラアイスと苺のエスプーマ。
デザートと一緒にコーヒーか紅茶を選べます。
黒毛和牛はもちろん、海老尽くしのコースで大満足でした♡
ドリンクは白ワインと赤ワインをいただきました。
銀座らしいリッチなコースもありますが、リーズナブルなコースもあるので色々なシーンで利用できそうですね。
