天ぷらと鮨が強調されたコースメニューだからどんな流れになるか想像つかなかったけど、懐石としておいしかった。
鮨天ぷら同時にと言われると訪日客向けなイメージあったけど懐石の中にあるとすんなり食べられておいしかった。
一品目の落花生豆腐からしっかりした和食感があって良い。無花果はもうちょい甘みがあるものだと完璧だったかな。
アスパラガスの天ぷらは水分がしっかり閉じ込められていて美味。
茶碗蒸しの出汁が良くて、更に生姜が良いアクセントになっていて◯。
お造りと鮨の縞鯵がかなり脂のっていて◯。
ステーキと鮨のサーロインが良い脂だからか良い味、柔らかさでくどさなくて良き！
最後の抹茶が口をすっきりさせてくれて〆として良かった〜。
