銀座一丁目から徒歩1分、色々なところに展開しているよこ田さん、一度は訪れたいお鮨やさん、天ぷらとお寿司が楽しめて、嬉しい。どちらも楽しみたく、リーズナブルで、雰囲気も良いお店なら、こちらがオススメです♪
店内もとても清潔感があり、大将もスタッフも愛想良く、大将はお話し上手で、楽しくお話しさせていただきました。
トリュフ入り天然真鯛
天然真鯛のスープをはじめにいただく、
そしてしっかり真鯛の味にまず、やられる。

えんがわが結んである〜
とても職人技、普通はえんがわも捨てているところも多いみたいなのですが、よこ田さんは、こちらのえんがわもお楽しみいただけます
しょっこ（カンパチの稚魚）
歯応えもあり甘い、あっさりさっぱり、アジ科のお魚で、秋が旬！
もちろんお味はほぼカンパチ！

一夜干しにした皮をあぶり、乗せて

万願寺とうがらし
当たりが最近は少ないらしいです※当たりとは、辛いもの
京都の少し大きめなとうがらし、味もしっかりで、大きい！素材のおいしさと少しの苦味が効いている
むしあわび
鮑の肝ソースがアクセントに！肝が美味しく調理されていて、味わい深い、鮑×鮑の肝美味しいに決まってるわけなのです。
金沢 佐島でとれたお魚
名前がわからなくなってしまいました。
なんやらツノの様なものがでていて、しょくかんは柔らかくて、白身のお魚ふかふかで美味しかったです

おめでたい感じのイメージで、切ってあるから、食べやすい。車海老の味がしっかりでていて、
上品。美味しかったです
赤だしの味噌汁とも良く合います
日本酒も2種類いただきましたが、どちらも美味しくさっぱりで、お鮨にあうものでした。
特に鮨のラベルの尾瀬の雪解けのお酒は可愛く、甘さスッキリで美味しかったです
一緒に行った友達が誕生日たった為、気を遣っていただいて、季節にあう、クリスマスのめちゃくちゃ可愛いプレートをいただき、
ミニチュアのお寿司もとってもかわいくて、友達も、とても喜んでいました。
デザートとお抹茶で締めて、充実した一日を終えて帰りました
