はじめ、ここから100m位のところにある、
ちかみつへお邪魔すると、別の店舗ですと。
こんな近くに別邸があるのね。
全室個室でとても落ち着く。
六丁目スペシャリテコースを予約。
まずは名物『和牛の雲丹・蟹ユッケドッグ』
凄く映える。
薄切りの和牛の上に、ふんだんに雲丹と蟹がのっている。
雲丹と肉のマリアージュは好きな人はこの上ない、
でも、蟹&肉は、水分が多いからちょっとぼやけた味という印象。
厳選された『タン・ハラミ・赤身肉』。旨味十分。
『ヒレの黒いカツサンド』
一見固そうに見えるが、
中のお肉が想像以上に柔らかく、いいバランス。
『肉寿司』うまし。
又又、赤身肉の盛り合わせからの、
圧巻の見た目『和牛ヒレと雲丹土鍋』
大分高くなった雲丹を、本当にケチらない。
雲丹好きにはたまらないコースですね、ご馳走でした~♪
