We landed at Tama Ginza 6-chome and enjoyed the exquisite Yakiniku (Grilled meat) course in a high-quality private room. First of all, just as a greeting, I received a sea urchin yukhoe dog. The snow salt that sublimates the soy sauce and falls like snow is simply beautiful. When you put it in your mouth, it has a melt-in-your-mouth strong flavor and aroma.◎ The grilled wagyu Sushi has the aroma of being lightly grilled, but it also has a smooth texture, a meaty taste that stays on your tongue, and a combination of vinegared rice and vinegared rice. It was well-balanced and disappeared from my mouth in an instant... And from here on, it was the best Yakiniku (Grilled meat) rush.
