銀座三越の地下に入ったヴィーガン専門のケーキ屋さん。
期間限定とのことで6月末までと聞いてましたが、8月末まで延長となりました。こういう独自の店舗を構えず、ポップアップだけというお店が今後は増えていくのでしょうか。
値段は1個千円とお高いですが、味は極上。ヴィーガンスィーツもここまできたか、という完成度であります。

またまたお邪魔してみました。
プリンアラモード、超絶美味しい。
ズンダモンブラン。これも感心するほど美味しいです。
8月末までの期間限定だそうですが、前も一度延期しているのでまた延期してくれないかな。
できれば常設店化を希望します。
