最上ロース肉100gなカツライスとは
ボリューム的には有難い小ぶりさ
これぐらいがちょうど良い。
脂と肉がはっきり分かれているロースで
肉の食感は固めでパサついた感じで衣は重め
卓上の精製塩を掛けてみると
やはり塩分だけは増す感じ。
ソースを掛けてみるとさらっと目で
やや甘め。
写真を見返すと醤油と思っていた左の瓶
醤油の選択はなかったかな。
隣の席のおじさんはカツ丼に
てんこ盛りでからしを乗せていた
その発想は無かったが機会があったら試してみよう。
卓上にドレッシングは無いので
レモンを絞り少しだけソースを掛けて
キャベツをいただいた。
彩なのか細めでやや甘ソースたっぷり目な
ナポリタンがサイドに並ぶ。
ご飯は香りよく美味い感じなのに
ふっくらを少し超えた柔目
白菜の浅漬けとお味噌汁。
以前、
カツ丼を食べた時とは少しイメージは違う
