銀座駅から新橋方面に少し歩いた路地のビルにある老舗のとんかつ店。
平日の昼間に近くに居て、ガッツリしたものを食べたくて入ってみました。
さすが、銀座のお昼は色々な買い物客も多く混んでいて、少し待ちましたが
10分程で入れました。
メニューは、色々考えて
【スペシャルカツ丼】２２００円
を注文して１５分ほどで着丼しました。
さすが、銀座の老舗の価格ですが、見て納得。
厚めのヒレ肉を粗目の衣でしっかり揚げて、玉ねぎと出汁でじっくり煮られてしんなりなるまで染みています。
そして、玉子がたっぷりかけられ、スペシャルなので追い玉子が半熟で乗せられています。
一口頂くと、ヒレ肉のしっとりとした柔らかい食感が甘くておいしく、甘辛い出汁とまろやかな玉子の食感で
一気に御飯が進みます。
後半、玉子が多いので、ＴＫＧのようになっていましたが、出汁が美味しく、飽きずに食べられました。
贅沢なランチになってしまいましたが、銀座だと少しだけ財布の紐が緩むのが不思議です。
次は、比較の為に、黒豚スペシャルカツ丼に挑戦してみたいと思います。
