自身初の山形県産最上牛のランチをいただきに銀座の「Coco Nemaru Ginza」に初訪問。
このお店は先月中東料理店に行った際に偶然発見、最上牛に引かれて今日訪問しました。
落ち着いた雰囲気の店内で焼き台の排気ダクトが今まで見た事が無いタイプで一緒ここからレモンサワーが出てくるのか？と思うほど。
3種類のランチメニューの中から2,600円の上焼肉ランチにBセット600円を追加。
基本のライスはこちらも山形県産雪若丸のお米とこだわっています。
そこにサラダ、Bセットには和牛出汁のスープ、ナムル、ドリンク、デザートアイスが付きます。
さてこの最上牛は子牛の間は沖縄県で育てられた後に山形県へ運ぶ手間ひまがかけられた黒毛和牛。
味の方ですが柔らかさはもちろんですが、脂の味に品があり甘さも程よく肉の味もしっかりあります。
脂の主張が強い山形牛とは違い最上牛は脂の味を控えめではありますが味はしっかり感じます。
流通量が少ないゆえ希少な焼肉ランチをいただき大満足です
