・新しい選店基準に基ずく選店

・食べログのジャンル：中華料理、広東料理、飲茶・点心
・叉焼、鶏、鴨をローストにした香港の代表的なソウルフードである「焼味」が売り物
・総料理長、副料理長、前菜料理長、点心料理長など全ての料理人が香港人で、
本場の味が堪能出来るお店
・上海出身のオーナー李敏華氏は1988年に来日した新華僑

・平日の11:30頃の訪店で、先客3名＆後客11名
・同じ銀座で既訪のミシュラン☆店の「REIKASAI GINZA」と
比較すると、高級感がある様な無い様な微妙な雰囲気

・マニュアル通りの対応だが、料理の説明は不十分で
マンパワーも不足の様で、料理の提供は遅め
