I heard rumors that it was a famous restaurant that served additive-free Hong Kong cuisine, so I visited Seiki Ginza, which is located on the 6th and 7th floors of the Umebayashi Building. The luxurious interior is decorated in red and gold, with large windows and beautiful interiors that will upgrade your New Year's mood. We were served Pu-erh tea from beautiful tableware, and enjoyed a selection of delicious dishes including Dim sum. A few dishes that particularly impressed me. • Grilled pork belly with skin The skin is surprisingly crispy. How do you make it crispy all the way through? On the other hand, the meat part was very tender and had a wonderful contrast in texture. It's delicious as is, but it's served with the chef's special rich sauce. It was the most delicious sauce packed with the flavor of herbs and vegetables. • Homemade oven-roasted char siu Char siu with the scent of star anise and elegant sweetness. It was cooked slowly in a special oven, so it was really delicious. •I was surprised at how juicy Chinese dumpling topped with crab roe was. There is plenty of delicious meat inside the thin skin. I feel like I can eat as much as I want. • Stir-fried thick rice noodles and beef This is my first taste! Super delicious. The texture of beef and thick rice noodles are stir-fried over high heat with the flavor of rich oyster sauce. •Steamed Gyoza / Dumpling with bamboo shoots. Plump shrimp wrapped in crunchy red bean paste wrapped in a jiggly skin. I also enjoyed the texture of the bamboo shoots. •Shark Fin Soup Noodles The thin Hong Kong noodles are extremely delicious. The rich soup of wood ear mushrooms, mushrooms, and shark fin mixed with the noodles and was surprisingly refreshing. •Steamed Poison Melon Chicken legs are lightly battered and fried, then tossed in a delicious bean sauce and then steamed. The best collaboration between the scent of tofu and the fragrant honey melon. The authentic Chinese Cuisine was prepared by a chef from Hong Kong, and everything was delicious. It was a night in Ginza where I could enjoy the authentic taste of Ginza in a luxurious space that stands out from Chinatown.
