銀座中央通り沿いの銀座かねまつビル８階にある、かってTV番組の料理の鉄人として知られた道場六三郎の日本料理のお店です。
銀座レストランウイーク2023秋のランチメニューを予約して二人で食べました。
通常メニューの旬彩膳 (5,500円）と同様の物だと思ったら、もてなし膳 (7,700円)と同じような内容でお得な感じでした。
ランチコースの内容
前菜６種盛り
白子豆腐、栗コーヒー、チーズ黄金焼き、鮭南蛮漬け、銀鱈西京焼き、牛蒡蒟蒻土佐煮

「みちば」ならではの技と工夫の料理は、どれもそつなく作られており、なかなか美味しかったです。
